The filtering unit mod. FC320 is studied and realized for an efficient filtration in less space. Its compact and thin line makes it suitable to be placed in every area, also inside productive areas. Thanks to an accurate design it is reliable, silent and easy to use.

EXTRACTION AND FILTERING GROUP

1.      Nr.1 filtering unit mod. F320 built in galvanized steel sheet, with dimensions 3500 x 1100 x (h) 4300 mm, running in negative pressure and equipped with nr. 60 antistatic polyester filtering bags with dimensions Ø125 x (h) 1300 (filtring area= 60 m2, grammage= 500 g/m2), with cleaning system by countercurrent compressed-air blasts (ON-LINE). The filter is complete with:

·        Nr.1 tangential inlet to avoid the direct contact of the waste with the filtering bags, making the filter last longer;

Nr. 1 motorized screw conveyor, equipped with a proper motor gearbox, for the discharge of the filtered material towards the opening in the lower hopper;

·       Nr. 1 kit for Big-Bag installed under the hopper, complete with rotary valve and level probe for the control of the filling level of the bag;

·    Nr.1 high-performance fan, designed to run with clear air, equipped with a premium branded Class S1, IP55 code electric motor with a power 7,5 kW;

·    Control panel for the management of the fan and the cleaning system;
