Inserting of Drawer Slides

Fitting machine BLA-B41 – pos. 1

Fitting machine in pass-through outfit, equipped with positioning stop, designed for automatic screwing of drawer slides.

The fitting machine is designed for following sizes of material:

• Deep: 300–600 mm, servocontrolled adjustment
• Height: 400–1500 mm, servocontrolled adjustment
• Thickness: 16 mm

• Machine length: 4100 mm
• Pass-through height: 900 mm

Screwdriver equipment

Screwdriver beams, 2 units, each equipped with 2 screwdrivers and corresponding screw feeders for Ø6.3x13 screws.

Magazine units

• 2 magazine units designed for left drawer slide
• 2 magazine units designed for right drawer slide

·        Each magazine contains approximately 40 drawer slides.

·        The length of the slides are 450 mm and the width 21.5 mm.
